These terms govern this website. They do not govern a PayMoney settlement service, because no such service is currently offered through this site.
Published architecture, not a live product
The website presents a target architecture and supporting explanations for a proposed privacy-preserving crypto-to-fiat settlement protocol across USD, EUR, GBP, and PLN. References to offers, claims, wallets, notaries, adapters, proofs, settlement, fees, or recovery describe intended protocol behavior, not currently available functionality.
No bank, rail, asset, notary, performance figure, fee, legal approval, audit result, launch date, or production availability should be inferred unless the site expressly marks it as measured and deployed.
Informational purpose
The material is provided for technical and product discussion. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, security, or banking advice. You are responsible for obtaining qualified advice before acting on information related to crypto assets, fiat payments, invoicing, tax, or regulation.
Website use
You may use the website only lawfully and may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, or use contact channels for abuse.
There are no platform accounts, balances, or user keys associated with the current website. The architecture's self-custody statements describe the proposed protocol rather than a credential we hold today.

The architecture is research and engineering work in progress. We may correct, replace, or remove website content as the specification, evidence, or project status changes. Immutable deployment is an architectural target; it does not make this explanatory website immutable.
External sources and links
The website may link to research, open-source software, standards, and other third-party material. Those publishers control their own content, availability, licenses, and policies. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement of every claim on the destination site.
