Scope note
Not a Cross-Border Payment Network
The crypto holder may be anywhere; the fiat predicate is not
The target proves one payment in the offer's committed currency through an admitted bank adapter. The protocol does not quote foreign exchange, convert between supported currencies, route a second bank transfer, bridge chains, hold correspondent balances, or prove a second fiat leg.
Calling that a cross-border payment product would hide the hard parts outside the proof: FX execution, licensing, sanctions and identity obligations, liquidity in another jurisdiction, and finality of another rail.
A new jurisdiction or currency/rail combination requires its own semantics, adapters, legal approval, parameters, and immutable commitments. Membership in the displayed currency set is not evidence that every bank or cross-border route works.
