A Settlement Primitive, Not Workflow Software
What an integration can consume
The target state machine has a closed result: an offer is open, claimed, cancelled, settled, or reclaimed through the legal transitions. A wallet or external system can observe the result it is authorized to know and keep its own records.
What PayMoney does not orchestrate
It does not provide purchase approvals, role directories, treasury policy, beneficiary onboarding, fraud scores, AML monitoring, invoice matching, batch payroll, ERP reconciliation, or a public settlement database. Adding those concerns to the proof predicate would expand both trust and audit surface far beyond exact payment settlement.
An integration should compose around the typed result. It must not gain an operator path that can override settlement, reinterpret bank evidence, or recover user-controlled keys and witnesses.
