Scope note

A Settlement Proof Is Not an Invoice

Explicit exclusion · Business compliance

What the protocol can establish

For an admitted offer, PayMoney can establish that a specific authenticated bank record exactly matched the committed currency-specific payment terms and authorized the corresponding private crypto transition. A wallet may retain a private receipt marker for local accounting.

What it deliberately does not establish

The offer is not a VAT invoice. PayMoney does not identify the tax treatment, calculate VAT, generate or submit statutory reports, determine employment status, perform payroll, or reconcile a general ledger. A private payment proof does not cancel any record-keeping duty imposed on the participants.

A business integration would have to compose those systems around the settlement result without turning them into hidden conditions for crypto release.
